  The haflwit managers at Lake Grove Verizon lack problem solving skills. If they can't go by the book and use designated Promo Codes, then they've hit a wall.
  
  They had a great sale yesterday for Black Friday, and they have another great sale in 2 days for Cyber Monday.
  
  I told the manager that I would just return my full price phone today, and get it very cheap in 2 days. He said that there was nothing he could do to apply a price adjustment and save me the hassle.
  
  I have leverage! I'm within the 14 day return policy. Just save me the hassle of returning my phone today and buying it discounted in 2 days. Apply a price adjustment!
  
  Btw, I realize that I'm a total idiot for buying a full price Galaxy Note 8 twelve days before Black Friday...
