  I didn't hate this store, but I was so very disappointed in the treatment received by the sales associates. I had been looking forward to shopping in the store with my niece - I had brought her to pick out the ring I was giving to her for Christmas this year, and I wanted the time spent there to be special. Instead, I felt that we were treated with indifference and actual rudeness, and I look back at that experience with disappointment and regret that I ever took her there to get her first piece of Pandora jewlery from me. I feel very sad that a potentially nice moment has been tainted with memories of rudeness and moments of open disdain.

  Excellent experience. Purchased Pandora items for my wife. Drew and Adriana were very friendly and professional while providing various ideas & combinations. The ideas received tremendous raves from my wife. Highly recommend this store as well as Drew & Adriana
